Mobius is a ranged elemental damage dealer who has her kit around her combo attacks and ultimate, so SP recovery is important to make sure that combat remains fast-paced for faster clear times. This makes her best Elysia signets Blessing of Ascension and Blessing of Ill Fortune, which increases her DMG output during ultimate. If players get another Elysia gate, then Blessing of Dark Assault is the best choice, followed by Blessing of Ravenousness, which will increase her Combo DMG and her Ultimate Evasion Skill’s DMG, respectively.
Summoning entities makes her signet set the most important. With Rodent [V] and Entwined [P] increasing DMG based on how many summoned entities are on the field, and Lodging [C] reducing support valkyrie cooldowns, this set overall will help Mobius gain a direct increase to DMG and Ultimate rotation via the support valkyrie Lightning Empress, along with more elemental breach via the support valkyrie Azure Empyrea.
Although her basic signets are great, what makes them the most important set is the core signet and its enhancements. The core signet Infinite [X] allows for those summoned entities and Mobius herself to deal 30% bonus elemental DMG in a state called Mind Sync, which lasts for 8 seconds without enhancements. This is no problem for Mobius though, as she almost always has a way of summoning an entity once the duration ends, whether it be an ELF or one of the player’s support valkyries. Then there are Dead [X] and Newborn [X], which are two of the enhancements to Infinite [X]. Dead [X] increases Valkyrie DMG based on how long she has been in Mind Sync, while Newborn [X] extends the duration instead of resetting it when a newly summoned entity enters the field. While these two signets are more balanced than they used to be, they are still powerful when used with Mobius. Overall, the core signet and its enhancements make Mobius so strong, and these signets, being her best, will probably never change.
The next signets are almost as important, and serve as the primary source of damage output aside from her own, though players can only choose one or the other. Hua serves to build up damage continuously when players avoid taking damage, while Kevin increases damage after players use an ultimate. Both are good and depend on the buffs and debuffs that the Elysian Realm gives the Valkyries. This patch favors Kevin, while the last patch favored Hua, so it goes back and forth between them. Players can still use Hua if they prefer her over Kevin’s signets, but will lose out on overall total DMG.
For Kevin’s basic signets, Artifact of the Inhibitor, Goblet of the Giver, and Brand of the Undead are the most important, as they buff Mobius’s DMG and elemental breach whenever she uses her ultimate. Kevin also needs his Core signets and their enhancements, though, and that is where Blade of the Deliverer comes in. This signet increases the buffs from all the basic signets by 50%, providing a tremendous increase to DMG. This only lasts for 5 seconds though, so Echo of the Deliverer is the most important enhancement, as it extends the duration to 9 seconds. The other two enhancements are also important, but do not provide the same damage buffs as they would with the extended duration. If players can not find any Kevin gates, players can always use Hua along with Sakura for a similar damage output.
After the two signet sets above, any other signets do not need a full set and are just used as ways to get some extra damage or SP regeneration. This patch provides extra buffs to Griseo signets, making them the best choice for extra signets. Red & Hot, Yellow & Warm, and Black & Dark are the best choices for Mobius, though players must pair Black & Dark with one of the first two to provide its elemental breach buffs. Yellow & Warm is more important than Red & Hot due to it providing DMG buffs for Ultimate over Weapon Active, though Mobius also uses her weapon active often if players use her signature weapon, which is her best-in-slot. If players reach the core signet, then Faded Stars is the best choice for an increase in DMG, though players should choose no enhancements after this.
The other signets that work well as extras are Sakura’s, specifically Bountiful Blossom: Koyo, Bountiful Blossom: Botan, and Bountiful Blossom: Fuji. The first two will increase Mobius’s DMG, as her ultimate evasion skill is an important part of her kit, and the third signet will help her use her ultimate evasion skill more often. Since any evasion triggers the skill in the Elysian Realm, well-timed evasions can provide constant damage buffs for Mobius. If players reach the core signet, Setsuna Blade: Sakura ni Maku provides the most DMG buffs, and players do not need enhanced signets after that.
There are also signets from all these sets, except for Mobius’s, that provide SP buffs. If players struggle with SP recovery, they can choose to go with Sakura, Griseo, and Kevin’s SP recovery signets. A lot of an Elysian Realm run is RNG, so if players are lucky enough to get all the signets, then they have a good run. If not, then they restart and try again.
The best support Valkyries are always Lightning Empress and Azure Empyrea for Mobius. With support items, carry Forbidden Seed and Boundless Logos until players have all the essential Mobius signets, Burden and It Will Be Written until players have all the essential Kevin signets, then carry Rainbow of Absence or Stained Sakura depending on which extra signets players want and Boundless Logos. Players should upgrade signets in the following order: Mobius, Kevin, Griseo/Sakura.
